The Dietary Department is responsible for the nutritional care of residents. This department, in conjunction with the nursing staff, also provides information on the resident’s nutritional needs. The Foyer invites residents to inform the staff on admission of their personal tastes and food preferences. The Foyer will create menus and examine the various diet needs of each resident. Unfortunately, the facility’s method of operation does not allow it to offer flexible menus to each and every resident.
