  • Provide care and treatment according to the unique needs of each resident;
  • Announce their presence before touching a resident and administering care or providing services;
  • Respect the physical and moral integrity of each resident;
  • Respect the individual rhythm of each resident;
  • Be attentive to the needs of residents and adapt to the unique personality of each resident.
